Family Physician who at times wrote prescriptions for herself for non-controlled substances.  Her spouse is a noted orthopedic spine specialist.  The NCMB came after her, forcing her to sign a consent order with the threat that if she didn’t sign the consent order, they would attack her spouse next.  Out of concern for her spouse she signed the consent order.

They left NC shortly thereafter with no plans on returning to this state.
